Monarch Center for Developmental Services is a multidisciplinary clinic that serves the Greater LosAngeles Area. We provide ABA services along with other developmental services. Our passion is to change our children’s and families lives by providing individualized care to each and every one of our clients. Monarch is rapidly growing into a center where families can find a collaborative team approach to their child’s wellbeing.
We are specifically looking for a Clinical Manager (BCBA) to work side by side with our Clinical Directors as we continue to grow. We look forward to having you join our team to support the families and children of our community.
Responsibilities:
● Design, development, and implement treatment plans for our clients.● Meeting with supervisees (i.e., behavioral technicians) and providing weekly supervision.● Assist with program development.● Collaborate with families and other professionals who are involved in the cases (e.g. speech pathologists, occupational therapists, educators, etc.)● Write progress notes and reports.● Administer assessments for clients● Write relevant goals for client development based on results of the assessments.● Available for remote and in-person meetings to collaborate with the team.● Must be able to travel with a valid California Driver’s License
Hours:● Flexible hours● PT and FT options available
Pay:● $45-$60/ per hour
Benefits:● Sick time, PTO, mileage reimbursement, healthcare benefits for full-time employees (30 hours or more)
